Brooks Pierce Sponsors North Carolina Lawyer Assistance Program’s Minority Outreach Conference
Brooks Pierce is proud to sponsor the North Carolina Lawyer Assistance Program’s (NC LAP) Minority Outreach Conference. This event will be held Feb. 24 at the McKimmon Center in Raleigh.
The Minority Outreach Conference unites African American leaders within the NC bar as well as psychologists and mental health professionals annually to discuss real issues and solutions. Lawyers and speakers will share and reflect on the issues faced by legal professionals daily to provide emotional resilience and a sense of connection to other lawyers with similar conflicts.
As a dynamic firm, Brooks Pierce is dedicated to promoting diversity internally, as well as sponsoring and participating in events, programs, and organizations that seek to encourage equal access to justice and advocacy in all efforts of diversity and inclusion in our community. Brooks Pierce values diversity not only as a core value and resource, but as a key aspect that makes our work valuable to our clients.
