04.07.2022

Brooks Pierce attorney Greg Gaught recently joined the North Carolina Appellate Pro Bono Program. The program provides pro bono representation to pro se litigants in certain appeals that meet requirements set forth by the program.

The program is coordinated by the Pro Bono Committee of the North Carolina Court of Appeals, which consists of Court of Appeals judges selected by the Court, and by the North Carolina Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Section and its Pro Bono Committee.

Gaught helps clients resolve disputes wherever they arise, whether that be arbitration proceedings, trial courts, or appellate courts. His experience spans the spectrum, from business disputes to complex class actions to controversies implicating constitutional and criminal-law issues. Whatever the forum and whatever the issue, Gaught brings his experience to bear to counsel and advocate for the firm's clients.
