Reid Phillips Quoted in North Carolina Lawyers Weekly

Brooks Pierce’s managing partner Reid Phillips was quoted in North Carolina Lawyers Weekly on Jan. 14. The article also appeared in South Carolina Lawyers Weekly.

The article, “Looking ahead to 2022: Keep on keeping on,” discusses COVID-19’s impact on law firm offices, including re-openings, remote work and challenges presented by the pandemic.

“We've moved from ‘How can we do this?’ to ‘How can we do this better?’” Phillips said in the article. “There are lots of things you discover in a crisis about yourself and your organization. If you pay attention and focus on those things, you can make work better and more enjoyable across the organization. That is our goal.”

An experienced trial and appellate attorney, Phillips represents companies and their owners in complex business disputes, including defense of class action lawsuits, malpractice claims, and serious personal injury and death claims.
