Talent Dimensions is a global provider of innovative, practical and application-rich solutions in the areas of employee engagement, career development, leadership development, and the identification and development of key roles inside organizations for the strategic retention of critical talent.
Saint has a particular focus on broadening awareness of diversity issues within organizations. She counsels companies, educational institutions, and other organizations on compliance with state and federal civil rights regulations, including Title VII and Title IX, the IDEA, the ADA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Saint defends businesses and nonprofits in civil rights litigation when necessary. She has experience representing amici curiae before the North Carolina Court of Appeals and North Carolina Supreme Court in a matter that ruled same-sex couples could receive domestic violence protective orders in cases where the couple is unmarried and does not live together.
Johnson has 20 years of experience helping organizations address their talent development strategy. By focusing on the key drivers of retention and recognizing it is not a one-size-fits-all proposition, she helps organizations discover how their strategic investments drive sustainable competitive advantage. In her role as chief business officer, Johnson is responsible for sales and marketing, providing strategic direction for global client solutions and ensuring the organization’s continued growth and success, as well as global expansion.
