Brooks Pierce is pleased to announce that Daniel Colston, Jamey Lowdermilk and Kasi Robinson have been named partners in the firm.
Colston uses his experience clerking for the U.S. Court of Appeals to inform his counsel for businesses and individuals facing litigation. He represents companies of all sizes in a variety of commercial matters, including intellectual property disputes.
Lowdermilk provides dynamic and passionate counsel on complex business and family litigation, including heirs’ property, bankruptcy and insolvency challenges, and nonprofit matters. She represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial matters in state and federal courts, and has tried multiple state district court bench cases. She also advises clients establishing new entities and reorganizing existing endeavors.
Robinson represents businesses and individuals in civil and criminal litigation. She uses her experience as a law clerk to inform her understanding of civil and criminal procedure as well as litigation strategy.
