Overview

Vickey Merlin has over 35 years of experience as a paralegal.  She has significant experience in all phases of complex litigation and management of document intensive cases. She works closely with attorneys in providing assistance with document review, legal research, and assists with document production and maintaining documents on Relativity, a litigation case management database.

She has extensive experience with discovery, maintains exhibits for depositions and hearings and trial preparation. She is proficient with the procedures for managing cases in Superior Court, Business Court and the Court of Appeals.

She also is experienced in insurance defense matters, bankruptcy cases, including filings with the Bankruptcy Court and drafting Proof of Claims, medical malpractice, product liability, and construction law.
