Overview
Mike is a high-stakes litigator who represents businesses of all sizes, governments, and political campaigns in federal court, state court, and quasi-judicial proceedings. His practice encompasses complex business litigation, election law, and constitutional law. Mike is licensed to practice in North Carolina, Georgia, and Washington, D.C., and he actively represents clients in each jurisdiction.
My Practices
Mike began his legal career as a business litigator and has experience representing businesses of all sizes as plaintiffs and defendants at the trial court level and on appeal. He takes pride in working with his clients to identify creative, reasonable, and cost-effective solutions to their biggest challenges.
Mike draws on his experience as a former candidate, campaign manager, and presidential campaign staffer to advocate for candidates, voters, and voting rights organizations navigating complex investigations and disputes.
Mike represents plaintiffs and defendants facing constitutional issues. He has used his experience to counsel and defend local governments, represent incarcerated people challenging the conditions of their confinement, and advocate for voters challenging schemes designed to dilute their votes.
