Brooks Pierce Hosts Webinar on Best Practices When Utilizing Temp/Staffing Agencies


Brooks Pierce attorney Natalie Sanders presented a webinar on best practices when utilizing temp/staffing agencies on Feb. 27.

The presentation detailed the new Department of Labor (DOL) joint employer regulations and provided tips on how to minimize risks when using temp/staffing agencies.

An attorney and former operations manager, Sanders has over 20 years of experience working alongside employers to ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations. She regularly advises clients on day-to-day operations including investigating workplace misconduct, preparing employment and non-compete agreements, terminating employees, promoting diversity and inclusion, avoiding discrimination and harassment claims and handling corporate restructuring.
