Will Quick to Host Panel Discussion for IAPP KnowledgeNet Raleigh/Durham Chapter
Brooks Pierce partner Will Quick will host a panel discussion for the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) KnowledgeNet Raleigh/Durham Chapter. The online discussion will be held July 16 at 4 p.m.
Quick will serve as the moderator for the discussion, titled “Cybersecurity and Incident Response in a COVID-19 World.” Panel participants include an attorney, a cybersecurity engineer from computer forensics company TCDI and a local supervisor of the FBI Cyber Squad.
Quick is certified as a specialist in privacy and information security law by the North Carolina Board of Legal Specialization and holds the CIPP/US designation from the IAPP. He works with clients of all sizes to craft comprehensive privacy programs that fit the unique needs of their business. Quick also works with clients to implement appropriate response measures and provide the required notices in the event that a data breach occurs.
