Brooks Pierce Hosts Webinar on Responding to Remote Work Requests

Brooks Pierce attorneys D.J. O’Brien and Collins Saint presented a webinar on what employers need to know about responding to remote work requests on May 18. SHRM credit was offered for this webinar.

The webinar, “The New Normal: Responding to Remote Work Requests,” detailed ADA accommodations and FMLA leave issues, employee retention concerns, wage and hour issues, data privacy concerns, and online harassment tactics.
