Ed West Named Chair of Hampden-Sydney College’s Wilson Center Board of Advisors

Brooks Pierce partner Ed West has been named chairman of the board of advisors at Hampden-Sydney College’s Wilson Center for Leadership in the Public Interest. West has been on the board of advisors since 2015.

The Wilson Center for Leadership in the Public Interest oversees leadership, public service and civic education for Hampden-Sydney students, faculty, and alumni, as well as a variety of local, state and national organizations.  West, who defends clients in white-collar criminal investigations, regulatory inquiries, professional licensing board matters and complex civil litigation, received his bachelor’s degree from Hampden-Sydney College. 

Hampden-Sydney College, founded in 1775, is the tenth oldest institution of higher learning in the United States.
