Brooks Pierce is pleased to welcome of counsel Christine Bischoff to the firm as a member of the firm's education law team.
Bischoff represents public school boards of education, private educational institutions, and colleges and universities on a variety of educational issues and in litigation in state, federal, and appellate courts. She has nearly two decades of experience working on education law and policy at the state and national level. As a former attorney at the U.S. Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Justice, she uses her extensive government experience and deep subject matter knowledge to help clients navigate complex legal issues. Bischoff earned her bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University, her juris doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and her master’s from Princeton University. She is based in the firm’s Greensboro office.
