Brooks Pierce will host the Greensboro Bar Association’s (GBA) Lunch & Learn CLE on Jan. 24 in the firm’s Greensboro office. Brooks Pierce partner Mark Davidson will provide an overview of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) that went into effect Jan. 1, 2024. GBA members can attend in person or via Zoom.
Davidson plans, negotiates and documents a wide variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, organization, governance, debt and equity financing, executive compensation, partnership and corporate taxation, and management/ownership succession.
