Brooks Pierce partner Claire O’Brien will participate in the North Carolina Bar Association’s (NCBA) Health Law Section Spotlight Panel on February 23. The panel will be held at the North Carolina Bar Center and is also accessible via Zoom.
O’Brien will discuss how recent state and federal transparency mandates are transforming regulatory compliance and the business of health care. The event is not for CLE credit.
The Health Law section addresses legal issues related to health care including medical malpractice, health care provider regulation and health insurance, and provides an excellent opportunity to network with fellow health care attorneys.
