Justin Outling Appointed to United Way of Greater Greensboro Board of Directors

Justin Outling, partner and director of diversity & inclusion at Brooks Pierce, was appointed to the United Way of Greater Greensboro board of directors at its recent annual meeting.

The United Way of Greater Greensboro is a nonprofit organization that seeks to create, connect and lead community partnerships that equip and empower people to leave poverty. Nearly 52,000 children, adults and families are living in poverty in the greater Greensboro area, 31% above the national average. Its strategy builds pathways out of poverty by helping youth transition from cradle to career, helping adults land jobs and increase income, providing access to basic needs and healthcare and bundling services that eliminate barriers at nationally recognized Family Success Centers and innovative Guilford Success Network. 

Outling focuses his practice on business litigation and white-collar criminal defense. He helps businesses and professionals in a variety of industries, and has successfully brought and defended lawsuits in a myriad of matters.
