Will Robertson Named Young Lawyers Division Liaison for NC Bar Association Litigation Section Council

Brooks Pierce attorney Will Robertson has been named the Young Lawyers Division Liaison for the North Carolina Bar Association’s (NCBA) Litigation Section Council.

The NCBA’s practice-specific sections allow attorneys to discuss issues, procedures and best practices with other attorneys focusing on the same areas of law. The Litigation Section includes those who have a substantial portion of their practice in civil litigation. The Section council, consisting of both plaintiff and defense attorneys, seeks to achieve a balanced approach to issues affecting litigation.

Robertson represents businesses and individuals in all levels of state and federal courts. He draws upon his experience as a federal law clerk to design and implement effective litigation strategies for the firm's clients.
