My Practices
Jimmy advises clients at all stages of litigation. His broad experience includes representing clients in litigation disputes related to business, real estate, construction, and trusts and estates. Prior to joining Brooks Pierce, Jimmy was an associate at a Los Angeles commercial litigation and real estate firm. He began his legal career as an in-house attorney for a full-service real estate company in Los Angeles.

About Me
Starting my legal career in Los Angeles, California has provided me with invaluable hands-on legal experience in contentious, high-volume litigation. However, after having our son, my wife (also an attorney) and I did some soul searching and decided that we wanted to raise our young family in an environment filled with parks and trees instead of concrete and asphalt and where we could enjoy more time together instead of being stuck in stop-and-go traffic. Therefore, we decided to move across the country to the beautiful state of North Carolina where my wife was born and where her family resides. Admittedly, I was apprehensive at first given that I had lived my whole life in Southern California. However, I have been greeted with unconditional hospitality from my neighbors, coworkers, and even complete strangers. I am honored to be a part of the North Carolina community and to serve the legal needs of its people and businesses.
