My Practices

  • Vanessa draws on her experience as a staff attorney in the U.S. Court of Appeals and a law clerk in the U.S. District Court to assist clients in all stages of litigation.

  • Vanessa advises clients of various sizes regarding employment and labor issues. She has experience in handling Title VII and ADA claims. 

  • Vanessa represents clients facing white-collar criminal charges and/or investigations by state or federal governmental agencies regarding various issues.
