Brooks Pierce Partner Named to Benchmark Litigation’s “40 & Under Hot List”

The 2019 edition of Benchmark Litigation’s “40 & Under Hot List” recognized Brooks Pierce partner Clint Morse as a leader in the legal profession for the third straight year. The award recognizes the achievements of the nation’s most accomplished legal partners aged forty or younger. Benchmark Litigation employs a thorough process of peer review and matter examination to select the annual list.

Morse is an experienced litigator who thrives in the courtroom. He primarily represents clients in bankruptcy and debtor/creditor matters, but also represents clients in matters involving securities, intellectual property and various corporate disputes.
