Brooks Pierce Partners Named as North Carolina's 2008 Legal Elite

Partner Derek Allen is the 2008 winner in the Young Guns (Best Under 40) category. Derek practices in the areas of land use and development and general business litigation. He often represents commercial and residential developers in all areas of their land use and development needs, including zoning and related matters.
