Norman is a litigator who represents clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts, including the North Carolina Business Court. While the parties and industries have varied over the last seventeen years, nearly all of his cases involve working to find the best resolution for clients facing a failed business relationship.
Colston uses his experience as a law clerk in the U.S. Court of Appeals in his representation of businesses and individuals in litigation in state and federal courts. He counsels companies of all sizes on resolving disputes regarding a wide variety of complex commercial matters, and has experience with both trial and appellate procedure.
