Colston uses his experience as a law clerk in the U.S. Court of Appeals in his representation of businesses and individuals in litigation in state and federal courts. He counsels companies of all sizes on resolving disputes regarding a wide variety of complex commercial matters, and has experience with both trial and appellate procedure.
