My Practices
Anna brings extensive experience to a wide range of commercial disputes, including those before the North Carolina Business Court. With a deep track record in high-stakes commercial litigation, Anna has represented clients in matters including shareholder rights, trade secret misappropriation, breach of warranty claims, insurance coverage disputes, corporate record inspection demands, and non-compete litigation.
