About Me

What I like most about my practice is the variety and challenge of the work, and the relationships I form with clients. The variety and challenge keep the work interesting, and a substantial number of the relationships have spanned many years and become both professional and personal. In addition to their appreciation of knowledgeable and timely legal service, I think clients particularly value the fact that I put myself in their shoes and seek reasonable approaches and solutions to their legal and business issues, which helps to create a role of trusted advisor on legal, business and personal issues. They know that I will be thorough and persistent in analyzing their issues, handling their transactions and pursuing their interests, with an appropriate recognition of cost-benefit concerns and the need to maintain business relations with others involved in a transaction.
