We know litigation is expensive, and we share the goal of avoiding costly litigation whenever possible. In addition to representing clients in mediations and arbitrations, we also have five court-approved mediators at the firm. Charles Coble, Eric David, and Jennifer Van Zant mediate all civil disputes, with a special focus on serving as mediators in complex business disputes.
