Mark has a wealth of experience assisting businesses with complex tax issues. He has particularly deep knowledge of partnership and corporate taxation, including structuring entities and transactions.
Mark helps clients with a wide range of estate planning needs. He provides counsel on using trusts, family limited partnerships and other vehicles. He also has extensive experience aiding clients in navigating succession in family-owned businesses.
